>    The time has come to again appeal to you all, collectively and
individually, to TAKE HEED, the biggest and best demo event for the SCA is
soon upon us.  Please take note !!!
>    March 5th, 6th, and 7th.  The 5th is set up time... you know how
important a good looking booth is to the success of the event.  The SCA has
a 20'X10' booth at the very beginning of the Cultural Exhibits area, right
where everyone will see us FIRST!
>    Saturday runs from 10:30 (or a little earlier) until about 6:30.
Sunday from 11:30 until 6:30 (or a little later for tear down).  Shifts will
be about a half day each.  Artisans are asked to bring some work with you.
Showing off your skills draws mundanes like bees to nectar.
>    FIGHTERS, both light and heavy, we have a space just outside the
cultural exhibit doors of the Centennial bldg for a list field to be set up.
Please do your best, let me know asap that you will be there.  Marshals are
needed also, as you cannot fight without them.  Mundanes LOVE to see you
bruise each other, especially in your finest armor. [If you don't have fancy
armor, who cares...I don't.]  If the weather turns bad at the last minute,
the Scottish Clans will be set up just across from our booth, go fight
them!!!
>    VOLUNTEERS is what the SCA is made of.  You joined thanks to the
efforts of other's volunteering to show you 'their stuff'.  Don't let the
SCA, your Baron and Baroness down (who will be there), or your King and
Queen (who are invited).

on the list.  If you cannot make it, please find another member whose arm
you can gently twist to show up in your stead.
