Yes, I guess it has been cancelled.  I was apparently mis-informed.  Anyway, 
they will be starting registration for the March 20th one soon for anyone 
who is unable to go to Gulf Wars.  BTW, if you read through the website, 
you'll notice that there are a lot of other activities involved as well....
