[Steppes] rattan order

No idea.   Frank's Cane and Rush, I am not aware that they travle, but it's
not impossible.  They DO have milled rattan as well, but I hadn't intended
on ordering it.  The last stuff I've seen from them has a tendency to die
QUICKLY as swords.
