When washing that produce....use bottled water. Doesnt do much good to clean 
your food with contaminated water.

hmm- good tips:
drink bottled water, stay away from ice-cubes, and eat things that are
well cooked. Fresh fruit may be okay but wash or don't eat the peels.
Pyro- who reads lots of travel books, but rarely travels.
