[Steppes] Youth marshalling class

Donnel has agreed to do a youth marshalling class this Sunday at our regular fighter practice.  Anyone who is interested in marshal activities for our youth is strongly encouraged to attend.  I know my personal interest lies in working with our youth chivalric fighters, aged 16 and 17, but this class will cover all aspects of youth combat.
