Good my friends and gentle neighbors of the Great Barony of the Steppes of
Ansteorra, it is my sincere privelege and honor to announce to you my
successor, the new Knight Marshal of the Steppes,  Hrafn Olafsson (mka
Curtis Baker).  We had a terrific field of candidates to choose from, all
with many strengths that would serve the Barony well, and it was a most
difficult decision.  I know Hrafn will have the full support of the fighters
of the Steppes, and we hope to continue to grow the practice stronger and
stronger.  This is effective immediately.

It was my sincere joy to serve you in this capacity and as deputy before,
and I look forward to continuing to serve Barony and Kingdom for a long time
to come, so I'm afraid you haven't rid yourselves of me quite yet.  :)
