[Steppes] Gulf War site

According to a household brother of mine who lives
near the site, the site owner is currently preparing
for the hurricane.  The site has been in the direct
path of hurricanes before, and there will probably be
some fallen trees and some minor damage that will have
been taken care of well before Gulf Wars.

I have some friends who are going down for a work
party the weekend of October 2.  I'm sure one of them
has a digital camera; I'll ask them to take some
pictures if anything in the Ansteorran encampment
seems to be damaged by the storms.
