Just got a call from a young producer who is doing a low budget
independent film here in LA. His set costumer was just in a car wreck
(she's OKish) but she's leaving the shoot.
Needs someone to start tomorrow.  Wardrobe department is in good shape.
The Wardrobe Supervisor is prepared to mentor. Biggest name star is
Sally Kirkland... some other "know" TV actors... very professional
crew.  Good show for someone to step into if they can afford to work for
a low non union rate.

After long conversation, my read is that this is a great crew to get to
know and network with.

He says that even if someone can't start tomorrow, he'd like to hear
from anyone interested even as late as next week.  If you know anyone in
LA area who would  be able to jump in "already swimming" please pass
this on to them.
