[Steppes] News from Rolf the Red !

Thank you, Snorri [blush].  Thanks also for the very memorable foot rub up in
the armoury that day [grin]. (Ladies, take note - he is trained in the art, but
if you go after a foot rub from him, you will have to take a number behind his
lady wife :D  )

Gosh, I miss the days at Renfaire!  We could camp out in the armoury and the
gatehouse as well as tenting on the fair grounds, then wander and partake under
free admittance all weekend.  Waking up early in such an atmosphere, such as
castle turrets curtained in fog, is a memory I will never forget.
Unfortunately, we lost SCA partiipation (and the compound) at TRF.  Pity.
