[Steppes] November 2004 LoAR Acceptances

Hey, don't complain.  Mine spent a year at Kingdom then another year at Laurel.
 By the time Laurel got to look at it, the ink had faded from blue to purple. 
Never mind the blazon, he said, "That's not azure, that's purpure!"  So he
changed it.  Not that I minded, though.  I wanted Or and Purpure anyway but
everyone told me that purpure was SOOOO hard to pass. :D  So, I kept it!

However, since so much is done via the computer these days, a year does seem
quite a long time.  Anyone have their's done in less than a year?
