[Steppes] Question on 12th Night Garb Contests

Greetings everyone!

I was asked a few questions on Sunday in regards to the Garb Contests at 12th night and I thought I would post here for clarification.

I'm wondering how many contests there are?  Are they exclusively for english tudor or do visiting gentry from other lands have a chance to have their garb recognized?

Just looking for specifics as I am trying to provide information to newcomers who are previous costumers and are trying to decide what they want to make/wear to be eligeible for the contests.
