[Steppes] 30th Annual 12th Night

Oh well, just think, we all get to relive the excitement of the '30th'.  :D
It's interesting how numbers divisible by 5 get so much attention.

This will be the 2nd 30th Annual Steppes 12th Night and I am certain it will
be as glorious as the first one.

Hi, I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but the 30Th Annual Steppes
12Th Night was held 2 years ago.  This will be the 32ND Annual Steppes 12Th
Night.
The very first official event that I ever attended was the 3rd Annual
Steppes 
12Th Night in Jan./1977.  It was not the first one.  Koris autocrated the
first
one in 1975 and Willow autocrated the second one in 1976.  I autocrated
the forth one in 1978 and it was not the second one.
