[Steppes] When Email Escapes!!

My vote is making the change -- many times, I would prefer to reply to the individual, rather than to the list, and a fail-safe is always good. Another issue with email, is that it is SO instant, we rarely have time to stop and reconsider, only to regret things said in haste.
