[Steppes] OT: NFP needs web geek

If anybody knows someone who has time to help a local not-for-profit revamp and maintain its website, let me know ASAP.  They are taking bids and rejected one at the go because it had a $300-per-month maintenance fee.  They do have some money, and the site would not need to be updated monthly, more like every other month.
