These are the meeting minutes for the February Populace Meeting for the 
Canton of Lindenwood:

Officers' Reports:
Exchequer: Lady Aldreda updated us with the balance of our bank account. 
Things are not looking good. The storage unit is paid through the end of 
March. Motion was made to consider alternate storage/discard of 
unused/worn items.

Chronicler: Lady Aimiliona has been sending postcard newsletters to her 
limited list of addresses. It was decided there is not enough of a list or 
interest to begin offering booklet newsletter subscriptions just yet. 
Computer-printable postcards are being supplied gratis by Lady Sunnifa 
Eiriksdottir.

Seneschal: Lady Sunnifa Eiriksdottir still has the following offices 
listed for bids: Herald, A&S Minister, Knight Marshal, Hospitaler, 
SENESCHAL & EXCHEQUER.

Lady Sunnifa's warrant is up October 2005 and Lady Aldreda's warrant is up 
June 2005. These are required offices for the Canton. Bids need to be 
submitted well in advance of warrant expiration so that training can 
occur.

application along with a copy of your membership card and driver's license 
to the Central Regional Officer with courtesy copies to the local 
Lindenwood Officer, local Steppes Officer, Lindenwood Seneschal, and Their

Events:
Midsummer's Masked Ball:
A bid was submitted for the masked ball. The event date has been changed 
to June 25 so as not to conflict with the Kingdom Dance and Music 
Symposium.

Demos:
None.

FUNDRAISING:
It is the will of the populace to attempt to increase our funds for events 
and operation by holding a fundraiser this year at Steppes Warlord 
after obtaining the consent of the Event Steward, whomever she/he is 
determined to be. The format of the fundraiser will be either a raffle or 
a silent auction. The populace is seeking opinions on which format works 
best. Items will be contributed by the populace members.

The next populace meeting will be on Thursday, March 3 at 7:30p at the 
Jaycee Park Arts Center in Irving. The address is 2000 Airport Freeway, 
Irving, TX 75038.
