[Steppes] re. Populace - thanks!

All,

I agree that this was an excellent populace meeting. The barony seemed 
to take on a more close-knit feel that I have not experienced since 
I've been in the Steppes. I really like the idea of populace being an 
informal mini-event.

PS. That was my wife HL Isabeau Lallement who made the scalloped 
potatoes. Lots of butter, cream, and several kinds of cheese.
