[Steppes] re. Populace - thanks!

As one of those that could only be there a minute ... (blue and gold dinners 
are long - and I thought that sca courts were long!!!) ... I loved the 
atmosphere, the sounds of laughter, and color and costume!! There was very 
little cliquish segregation, something I really like to see go away. It was 
wonderful!

My vote is YES!! This is the format for a populace. :)
