[Steppes] Business meeting reminder

I would like to see as many officers as possible at business meeting. 
By officers, I refer to (both warranted and non-warranted) local
officers, or their deputy.  We really need your input.  Please, have
printed copies of your reports if possible.

The following is a list of topics to be discussed:

Officer reports
Status of historian's office
Status of Chirurgeon's office
Status of Chronicler's office
Status of V Scribe's office
Warlord planning status
Bids for Steppes Artisan
Bids for Fall Court
The need for all officers to have deputies
Any other business or things of an urgent nature
