Minister of Arts and Science:
Glaslyn Artisan of the Flame winner – Baroness Ameline
Tenure is up at 12th Night – looking for replacement

Quartermaster:
Absent due to illness

Demo Coordinator: 
Demo Sat. 9-10 at the Wooden Spoon
10 – 6 kind of informal demo
need people to show and do "their thing"
needs tables – Donnel has some
CUBe demo mentioned by someone else

Chirurgeon:
Thanked HE Robin and Mistress Serena for heraldry classes
No incidents at Artisan
Spelled Aurelia at Glaslyn because she needed to leave
Written report late last month due to illness and computer problems – 
nothing to report

Historian: 
Absent due to illness
Husband reported on her behalf that still wants to have history revel but 
not at her home -- HE Robin and Mistress Serena volunteered to host

V-Scribe: 
New front up on the website – apologized for delays
Work schedule very hectic be please patient on returned emails and phone 
calls (may not be in state)

Minster of Children: 
Off-line until further notice
Wants to have two age group classes on 9-19 and 9-21
No activities planned for October
Inventories all things in storage – disappointed by results, wants more 
stuff geared for SCA children – will be in budget for next year
Nothing really until 12th Night where planning mask-making

Seneschal:
Cheers for HE Fritz for Ansteorran gate at Gulf War site – it is still 
standing

12th Night related announcements:
Black Star ad in at end of month
Eistedfodd will be held again 
Oakenwald contacting past Baron/esses (although some question about that)
Bids being accepted starting 10-1, due 10-25, announced 10-31 regarding site 
tokens, feast tokens, etc.

Warlord related announcements:
Meeting 9-20 at He Robin and Mistress Serena's home at 7:30 for remainder of 
Warlord discussion (cut short due to time constraints)

Baron & Baroness:
Thanked autocrats/event stewards of Artisan
Baron will be fighting in Crown – has had to miss for last two years and 
looking forward to it very much
Sable Thistle given to Ly Kathryn 
Gulf War gift bag construction coming soon

Other announcements:
Populace at Hrafn and Elizabetta's home
October populace at John and Catalina's home -- NOTE - this has now changed 
and a new site is currently needed!!
November populace moved to Robin and Serena's home
