Good evening all.

Following up on the note from Pug,   The Steppes DNS ( How your browser 
knows where to go when you type http://www.steppes.org ) is hosted off of 
the Ansteorra Server,  should the Ansteorra server go down the Steppes Site 
may also appear to be offline.

I will keep in communication with Pug and post an alternate link to the site 
should it become necessary.
