[Steppes] Steppes Warlord A&S

I will be stewarding the A&S for Warlord. We're doing static displays with
the performance oriented stuff reserved for Bardic. 

 

I need a few volunteers, judges and prizes. I heard someone had said they
were going to make some. If you have something you'd like to donate to the
