Heilsa,

Falling from the Sky - Rain
Happy dance of Joy
Include Dragon of Red
Up upon it's nose
Flipping over to slide ever slowly
To Earth of damp soil
Upon it's head and back
Slowly with assistance back up and away

Rain brought forth wind
Wind of North
Breathe frosting upon the Wind
Hardy Souls ventured out
Standing within the Park
Some to don armor to stir their blood
Others, to watch and enjoy the sight
While more Dragons moved slower
Upon path of rock
Was it the strange moisture upon the rock
Or perhaps the sight of armor and swinging rattan
In park and under skies of gray
Or both?
Thee be judge -
It was a good day to be in park and armor

Fighter Practice involves just that - practice and training.
To reach our goals, then both words come into focus.

Training involves separate levels of heavy fighting -
