[Steppes] Steppes Artisan Pre-registration

It is my understanding that traditionally, one table is given to each 
artisan. It would be helpful to reserve a table as it makes set up go much 
more quickly and easily for the autocrat.

What is the limit on number of tables per competitor/display, and do
the Artisans of the Steppes need to reserve table space with you as
well, for their traditional display?
