[Steppes] Steppes walkie-talkies

Does anyone know where the Steppes walkie-talkies are stored?  The
present and previous seneschals don't have them.  (They're supposed
to reside in the seneschal's filing cabinet, in a small yellow tackle
box.)

If we can't find them, we'll have to use our cell phones all weekend.
 Bring your rechargers, folks.
