[Steppes] Steppes walkie-talkies

I have them.  They were handed over to me as Quartermaster after Warlord
last year.  Of the 8  that are supposed to have in the tackle box (8 is
written on the outside) ther are a total of 6.

Does anyone know where the Steppes walkie-talkies are stored?  The present
and previous seneschals don't have them.  (They're supposed to reside in the
seneschal's filing cabinet, in a small yellow tackle
box.)

If we can't find them, we'll have to use our cell phones all weekend.  Bring
your rechargers, folks.
