[Steppes] Updates to Steppes Fighter Practices

There are two corrections that I need to make to the minutes of the 
Steppes Fighter Practice held on 10-22-2006.

 First correction -
Lord Richard of Dunsford was elevated to the rank of Centurion earlier 
this year. I wish thank the individuals who took the time to contact me 
with this news.

2nd correction -
I ID'd Lord Curtis by his modern name and not his SCA nam, which is Lord 
Hrafn.

My apologies to both fighters and their families.

And again thank you to those individuals who took the time to contact me.
