Try calling Lone Star Comics.  There is one in Plano I believe on Independence around Parker.

If they don't have it they may have an idea where to check.  A 30 sided is kinda unusual I would say as most games I have pkayed don't need anythign bigger than a d20.  If all else fails and you can wait you cam mail order.  I found the following websites where they can be ordered.
