[Steppes] Archery practice?

Yes it is planned.  But sitting here with my Lord Alvin he has a  migraine 
starting and the machines went haywire at work. So he needs to  cancel today. 
Also this would be a good time to remind people that we need  someone(or more) 
to put in for Archery Deputy. Get authorized   to marshal so when this happens 
there can be an alternate plan. 
 
So at this time Lord Alvin will not be there and thus it is candled.
