[Steppes] New Mailing List for the Steppes Letter

Starting with the February Steppes Letter a hard copy will be offered free
of charge.  I am compiling a mailing list of all persons who would like to
receive a hard copy.  Unfortunately, I do not have any addresses.  If you
would like to be on the mailing list, please respond to me privately with
your SCA name, mundane name, and address.
