[Steppes] Twelfth Night -- major decision in front of us.

Her Imminence has proposed two more options:

> Option 4 - combining Steppes Artisan and 12th night - and
> having that event in January. (Artisan is a titled competiton, 
> so should not be removed from the calendar)

This is possible, and has to be taken seriously, especially since it's being proposed by the one person who would be most rushed and inconvenienced by it.  If Her Excellency (wihich she will be by Twelfth Night) wishes to add  several hours of looking at arts tables to her already crowded list of responsibilities at Twelfth Night, then it's worth considering.  Of course, it will also add hours of extra responsibilties for all entrants and all Steppes Artisans, and thereby reduce the social aspect of the occasion.  

> Option 5 - Placing a bid on another Kingdom event to be held at 12th night.

This is always possible, but as we've just seen, it's a temporary solution.  The kingdokm will not give us permanent rights to any of its competitions -- that's not fair to all other groups.  Also, Twelfth Night was not the best venue for Eisteddfod, and won't be the best for Royal Huntsman or the Equestrian Championship either, as outdoor competitions in January aren't always enjoyable.  Nonetheless, it's a solution that could keep Twelfth Night a Steppes production for awhile.
