[Steppes] Combining Artisan with ... well, almost anything.

Master Robin, I for one am definitely thankful that you are weighing in 
with your experience in these matters. Very few of us have been lucky 
enough to see these things from as many perspectives. And as always you 
are well spoken in your address.

My concern about making Twelfth Night a regional event (which is my same 
concern for it being shared with a Coronation) is that we run the risk 
of losing our Baronial traditions associated with the event if we turn 
over the event to the region.

My sideways attempt at a compromise would to expand it to include our 
cantons (but not the entire region). I personally think we have three 
pretty awesome events, fitting to our oaken stature. I'd hate to lose 
any of them. Working with our cantons "keeps it in the family".

Also, a question: how would making Artisan a non-calendar event reduce 
it's strength and traditions?
