Since we are discussing the need for showers on a hot day, then I would
assume non-heated showers would be acceptable.  In that case, we can build
showers.  I imagine we have a number of handy-man/engineer types who could
design something that is cheap, easy to setup, and easy to break down.  I
remember a July outdoor coronation where there was a pvc-pipe framed shower
house with vinyl curtain partitions for privacy.  Each shower had a water
hose with a nozzle.
