So, can we reduce one requirement to "some method by which people can cool 
off"? I enjoy the air-conditioned hall and showers as much as anybody, but 
if we're talking about avoiding heat stroke, a pond might do the trick in a 
pinch.

The site at Hawkins also has a lake.  Would this help offset the fact that 
there is a lack of
shower facilities?
