[Steppes] NTIF critical update

There will only be two admissions gates at NTIF this year. There will be one 
gate in the Automotive building and the main gate that is usually open on 
the esplanade. There will be NO entrance on Parry Ave due to construction. 
This applies to foot and vehicle traffic. NTIF is advising that you avoid 
the 2nd Ave. exit from I-30 because of congestion and construction. The 
north parking lot will be available from Haskell.
