[Steppes] Flatbread recipe from 12th Night - Issue w/ Formatting

Sorry for the confusion.  Apparently the formatting I used didn't show up in plain text.
   
  To Proof the yeast, do the following:  
   
  Add the following ingredients....
  1 tsp Sugar
1 Envelop Rapid-Rise Dry Yeast 
3/4 water
   
  Make sure the water is about 110degrees. Do not use anything less or the yeast will not proof. Mix the water with sugar and add yeast. Stir. Let stand about 10 minutes until the top has doubled in foam.

   
  For the bread, mix the following:
  1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 all purpose flour
*** I used 2 1/4 cups all purpose only***
Seasoning of choice (I used Poppy Seeds, Chinese Cinnamon, Tumeric and Cardamon)
