[Steppes] The Cloak for the Queen of Love and Beauty

Considering how much work went into the original tunics, and the current one, 
I'm very much in favor of sticking to a motif just around the bottom...with 
possibly the arms of each holder added in medallions down the front?
 
While ladies are usually more careful about caring for such items, I think we 
really need to keep it simple...
