[Steppes] Feast vs. Catering

.... hmmm.

One more time:
 1) it is not 12th night
 2) if it is 12th night
   a) that there be no visible caterers
   b) that the servers are us
   c) that an sca feast maker gets to bring in a specialty dish to
show off their skills
   d) that feast cost 6 - 7 a head

Does that sound about right so far?
