[Steppes] Downtown Dallas workers ok?

None of ours work in that specific area, the only danger would have been
from shrapnel landing on the freeway while passing by.

Latest report is only two minor injuries treated at Parkland Hospital,
burns suffered by workers at the industrial gasses facility trying to
put out the initial fire.
