[Steppes] Downtown Dallas workers ok?

One report was two in critical care. but i think that burns are kind of
automatically critical anyways. There hasn't really been anything new so I'm
guessing it wasn't that bad. The news tends to be real good at making sure
we here every detail about tragedies.
