I think I perhaps misspoke.  I guess what I really mean is that it makes me 
sad that we need such a class.

Teaching our people how to deal with negative situations is of course a good 
thing.  I just believe that we should all be focused on creating an SCA 
where the "bad things" we deal with are things like "the printer didn't get 
us our gate books" not "Sir Morgan is such a jerk when his ACCEPS paperwork 
gets lost and he throws a tantrum every time we ask to see his blue card."

I'm here to make the SCA a better place then I found.  I want it better for 
the next person who finds it.  And even better for the one who finds it 
after that.  Now, how do I get everyone to agree on that goal?  LOL
