[Steppes] Baronial Polling & Mail-in Ballots - Important!

Polling will occur at the Steppes March Populace Meeting, March 23rd.
Populace is being hosted by Sir Laasguard and Lady Lyneya.

The following is information concerning mail-in ballots:

No proxy ballots will be accepted by me on the day of the polling.  If you
cannot be present to take the opinion poll, please download a polling form
and mail it to the kingdom seneschal IMMEDIATELY.  Mailed forms MUST BE
RECEIVED on or before March 23rd.  Any polling form received after March
23rd will not be reviewed.

If you have already mailed your ballot but are concerned it may not be
received on time, contact me at 214-794-0732.  If you have not mailed your
ballot and are concerned it will not arrive on time, use an overnight
service such as FedEx or USPS overnight.  If you wait until Friday to mail
in your ballot, don't bother.  It's too late.  Come to the polling instead.
