Gunthar and I live about a quarter mile from you, Duncan (Marsh/Frankford). I could barely hear the sirens going off just before the storm slammed in about 7pm. Our complex lost power for about two hours or so last night, but the complex and retail across the street had power the entire time. Different grids, I guess.

dozen calls from me and my neighbors to TXU, still no power at home.
