[Steppes] Iron Star of Ansteorra and 3 Kings was "Event Travels"

Lets not forget that Uilliacc Macuilliecc earned The Queen's Rapier as he
and Don Ingve, Don Robin, Dirk, and Rixende fought to defend the Iron Star
of Ansteorra. The Iron Star is staying in the Steppes and Elfsea baronies
and will be present at 12th night.
A Cheer for Uilliacc and a Cheer for our fighters!
It will be defended again at Queen's Champion Tourney - All come out and
support our fighters by fighting against them or cheering them on!
