[Steppes] Elfsea Defender pot luck breakfast

A thought:
At Mooneschadowe's Triumphe II feast, all the food servers had a list of
ingredients which they could pull out on the spot for every course they
brought out. I was very impressed with this; perhaps in the interest of the
health and dietary concerns of the whole populace, everyone who brings
something should simply provide a list of all ingredients with their dish so
that anyone with concerns can check and not miss anything. (Just in case
anyone might forget "oh yes, I put dried onions/onion powder in this!" or
"this dish is vegan friendly".)

Not being a cook myself, I don't know if this would be easy to do or just
become a hassle, but it's something to consider.
