[Steppes] Knight Marshall Position Open For Bids

Greetings to all in our fair Barony.

As many of you are now aware, Lord Michael Kettering has resigned as our
Knight Marshal.  I wish to thank Lord Micheal for his time and service to
the Barony.

As such,  the Office of Knight Marshal is now open for bids.  The date for
the closing of bids is to be determined.  Please know that this is a
required office for the Barony and must be filled.

For the time being Sir Morgan Buchanan has stepped in and is acting Knight
Marshal, so that our practices and such can continue without interruption.
Thank you Sir Morgan, for stepping in during this time of transition.
