[Steppes] First call for receipts for Steppes Artisan

Greetings to the Barony of the Steppes -

This is the first call for receipts for Steppes Artisan.  By baronial financial policy you have 21 days to get me the receipts in order to be reimbursed.  I would ask that is you know you need a check to please contact me as soon as you can with the information so I can be working on the event report.
