[Steppes] Red Tape Passangers

Good Day,

Julio and I are planning on driving down to the Red Tape meeting.  We are
looking for at least one other soul to go with us to help with gas.

FYI, my car gets about 30 miles to the gallon and has 11+ gallon tank. So
gas won't be too bad.  Please email me off list.
