[Steppes] 12th Night and Children

Does anyone know if there will be any kind of children's activities, etc at 12th Night.  Or is this event to be a "please don't bring you children" type of event?  

There is a very decided lack of information on the event and what exactly is supposed to be happening.  At least I have seen very little communicated to the Steppes which kinda concerns me for an event that is partially hosted by the Steppes.
