[Steppes] 12th Night and Children

Oh, one thing to remember.  For those that have children, if you want to buy them feast then you _HAVE_ to pre-register with ACCEPS.  According to the website the autocrats will not be selling feasts for those 8-17 at the door.  

If the site is also correct, there is not feast available for those under 8 so you will need to plan accordingly if you have a family.
