[Steppes] Fabric shops

A clarification on where we are meeting; I'm going to park my truck in the
*first* parking lot on the right when you turn onto Perth street.  Look for
the white dodge ram truck with two black horses on the tailgate.  :)

We can start with Super Textiles but will also go in Best Fabrics and more;
each have their merits!  :)
